McAfee Diagnose & Repair (McAfee-DR) is an automated tool that diagnoses and repairs issues with your McAfee product. If McAfee-DR is unable to resolve the issue, your support technician can use the data collected to solve the issue. By clicking Download and Run below, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to the McAfee End User License Agreement Mcafee Support phone number.
NOTE:
- When you click Download and Run above, save the file to your PC, double-click it, and then follow the prompts.
- If prompted to allow apps to make changes to your device, click Yes.

You can also try to fix this issue manually. Before you start:
Ensure that you do not have any other third-party anti-virus programs installed. See TS102253 for details about the third-party programs that might conflict with your McAfee software, and how to remove them Mcafee Support phone number.

Follow these steps to determine which of the issues shown above you might have:
- Press the Windows key + R to open the run window.
- Copy and paste the following command into the run window Mcafee helpline phone number:
"%programfiles%\common files\mcafee\platform\mcuicnt.exe" /plate personalization
- Click OK to run the command.
- When the Features page opens, check if Firewall is listed under Current Features or Available Features Mcafee support number.

- If Firewall is shown under Current Features, close the Features page and go to Solution 1.

Solution 1
- Step 1: Try to enable the Firewall manually

- If you do not see a Turn it on the button, click the cog in the top-right corner, or click Navigation if you have an older product.

- Click Turn On.
- Return to the main product window.
- Check to see if the Firewall is on. You can stop at this step if the issue is resolved.

- The At risk message still shows.
- The Firewall is on.

Solution 2
- Step 1: Install the Firewall Mcafee customer service number

- In Available Features, to the left of Firewall, select the check box and start the installation.
- Wait for the installation to complete. It might take a while to download and install the Firewall component.
- When the installation is complete, close the window.

When you have completed either of the above options, check to see if:
- The Firewall is on.

If the Firewall is still off after trying the above options, go to Step 2:
Solution 3

- Uninstall your McAfee software by following Steps 1 and 2 in TS101331.
- Run the Pre-Install tool:
- Download the Pre-Install Tool.
NOTE: Save the file to a temporary location, such as your desktop.
- Double-click the Pre-Install_Tool.exe file, and follow the prompts.
- Read the warning message, and click OK to agree to the changes.
- Download the Pre-Install Tool.
- After the Pre-Install Tool completes Mcafee customer service phone number:
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
- Restart your computer Mcafee phone number.
- Install your Mcafee customer service phone number software again. Installation steps are shown in TS100342.
- Check to see if:
- The At risk message still shows.
- The Firewall is on.
